Introduction
We're happy to help you shop online and ship your items directly to the DRM warehouse for in-room delivery.
You can order from any online retailer and have items shipped directly to us for in-room delivery.
It's simple: register for the service, set up your delivery, and update your tracking information once your order ships. We'll take it from there.
The registration fee is $49.99. If you need packing boxes, we can include a complimentary 5-box kit with tape. A handling fee applies to each box you send.

Order online (third party)
- 10+ days before return to school
- Make purchases.
- Once your order ships, update your account with the tracking information right away. Some retailers, including Amazon, may not generate a tracking number until the package is actually shipped — so check back and add it as soon as it's available. This is how DRM tracks your package to make sure it arrives safely.
- 3 days before return
- Packages should be received at the warehouse.
Pricing
The more you ship, the more you save. Here's how the pricing works:
- 1-5 boxes at $44.99 per box handling fee
- 6-9 boxes at $34.99 per box handling fee
- 10+ boxes at $24.99 per box handling fee
- Small boxes, sleeves, or envelopes (like an Amazon order for a headset or desk organizer) are $19.99 per box handling fee.
When purchasing online, the retailer typically covers the UPS freight cost — you only pay the handling fee.
- For overweight boxes (over 50 lbs), there is an additional $25 fee per item.
- For oversized boxes (greater than 6 cu. ft.), there is also an additional $25 fee per item.
- DRM recommends that all packages arrive at our facility at least 3 days before the desired delivery date.
- Packages received after this may not be processed in time for delivery, and extra fees may apply to arrange delivery.
Storage
The handling fee includes 1 month of storage at no extra cost.
If your items are stored longer than 1 month, additional storage fees will apply.
Plan your delivery date accordingly to avoid extra charges.
Shop and Ship Setup
You can make online purchases or from any retailer to have shipped to us for in-room delivery.
From the 'Shipping' section click the green box that says 'Add Ship In Packages'
IMPORTANT! Use the shipping address provided in this section along with the student name and Order # as shown below. This ensures the warehouse is able to receive packages and process to the correct account. Failure to do so may cause costly delays in getting the packages delivered.
Fill out the details for each package.
The first drop down determines if the 3rd party is Amazon, Walmart, or a different retailer. If different fill in the shipper name.
- Once tracking numbers are provided (usually when the package is shipped), make sure to update the Shop and Ship section so that we can track progress.
Do not provide Initial order numbers as we cannot track packages with this number.
You can choose to come back later to create more labels or add more online purchases.
Delivery Set Up
Note: If you already have items in storage scheduled for delivery, you must also schedule shipped packages for delivery on the same day.
Navigate to the FROM STORAGE section.
Click on the green button: SCHEDULE DELIVERY….
Select 'Mover delivery within 4 months of the pickup date', Save and Continue.
