Where do I go to pickup my box?
We use UPS Ground as our shipping partner.
UPS will deliver your shipment to the address provided.
- Please make sure that the location is designated for UPS packages or otherwise accessible by a UPS driver.
- Please take the necessary steps to ensure that the correct mailing address is entered on each shipping label, to avoid potential address correction or RTS (Return To Sender) fees.
If delivered on a school campus
- Each college campus has its own policy on where UPS packages are processed. Most often, boxes will be delivered to the student mail room.
- Some campus dorms accept deliveries in the lobby of the dorm.
- We highly recommend checking with the campus mail room or website to find out what the UPS package delivery policy is for your campus.
Off Campus apartment/Residence Life housing
If you live in an Off campus apartment, or Residence Life facility, check with your management/leasing office to find out their policy for accepting packages.
Residential House
UPS will deliver the boxes to the front door.
