How we return your items is determined by:
- Our relationship with your school.
- Availability of our local moving & storage partner.
The type of delivery will be shown in your account depending on your campus.
Pre Arrival Delivery (Student Not present)
We have partnered with your school administration to deliver your stuff back to your new room before you arrive on campus. The campus administration will provide the room information and will coordinate the opening of your room for our movers.
To ensure your stuff is delivered to the right location, verify with your school admin.
