Supply kits are shipped through UPS ground. If you are not sure what address to use for your kit, please confirm with your school mail service what the correct address is to avoid any delays.
Gathering Materials and Resources
You will receive a supply kit containing 5 signature boxes and some tape. We also throw in some handy packing tips. If you do not use all the boxes, please donate or discard the extras.

- Confirm Move Dates: Review and confirm your scheduled pick-up and delivery dates. If you need to reschedule, follow the rescheduling instructions via your account or contact support. Additional fees will apply for last--minute rescheduling (within 48 hours of the original date).
- Update Move Location: If your destination changes, update your move location in your account as soon as possible to ensure smooth delivery.
- Update Card on File: Keep your payment information current by updating your card on file through your account settings to prevent billing issues.
- Pack Your Boxes: Use the supplied materials and follow our packing best practices to protect your belongings during transit.
- International Shipping Considerations: If you’re shipping internationally, review regulations and customs requirements to ensure compliance.
- Shipping and Storage: Once packed, schedule your pick-up date. Your items will be shipped or stored securely until delivery. If shipping boxes immediately after pickup, please make a UPS label for each box in the (Shipping Option) section of your account. Then print and tape a unique label on all boxes shipping out. For shipping after storage, there is no need to set up this request until after items are in storage.
