The expiration date reflected in the In Storage section or your account is the date where the storage cycle comes to an end.
The initial storage period for our service is for a maximum of four months, three months for boarding/prep schools.
The storage term cycle starts at the time of pick up, once the bar-coded items are entered into the system and you have signed off that we collected everything.
EXAMPLE: If your stuff is picked up on June 23, the storage cycle will expire on October 22,
What are the options when the expiration date passes?
1. Extend storage on a monthly basis. This may be done directly on your account or with us directly. You will be automatically extended and billed for the next month at the end of each expiration date until you arrange your retrieval.
2. Set up a delivery or shipping request either within your account or with us directly before the end of the expiration date to avoid extra storage costs. Related shipping or delivery fees apply.
3. Arrange to pick up directly from the warehouse.
4 Discard your items. Discard fees apply.
If your current situation makes you unable to collect your stuff until after the expiration date, you MUST make arrangements with us prior to the expiration occurs to avoid extra fees.
