About Storage Expiration Dates
Your expiration date (shown in the In Storage section of your account) is the day your current storage cycle officially wraps up.
Note: Your expiration date does not mean your items are removed or discarded — it simply marks the end of your prepaid storage period.
How Long Is the Storage Term?
College students: Up to 4 months of storage
Boarding & prep school students: Up to 3 months
Your storage clock starts on the day we pick up your items, once everything is scanned into our system and you’ve confirmed the pickup.
Example:
If we pick up your items on Nov 20, your storage cycle will expire on Jan 31.
What Happens When My Storage Expires?
1. Extend Storage (Monthly & Flexible)
Need more time? We’ve got you.
You can extend storage month-to-month directly through your account or by contacting our team.
Important: Storage extensions happen automatically at the end of each cycle, and you will continue to be billed until a retrieval, shipment, pickup, or discard request is scheduled.
2. Schedule Delivery or Shipping
When you're ready for your stuff:
Submit a delivery or shipping request through your account or by reaching out to our team.
Tip: Submit your request before your expiration date to avoid additional storage charges.
Delivery and shipping fees apply.
3. Pick Up From the Warehouse
If you’d rather pick up your items yourself, we can help set that up.
Note: Warehouse pickups must be scheduled in advance, and availability varies by location.
4. Request a Discard
No longer need something? We can dispose of it safely.
Warning: Discard fees apply, and discarded items cannot be recovered.
Important Reminder
If you cannot retrieve your items before the expiration date, you must contact us ahead of time.
Important: Letting us know early helps you avoid extra storage fees and ensures your items remain secure and properly managed.
