Coverage is offered through  UPS Capital

What coverage is included?

Every shipment automatically includes:

• $250 coverage per box at no additional cost.

Optional upgraded coverage levels

You can increase the coverage amount on a per-box basis:

• $350 per box for $5.25/box ($3.85 insurance service + $1.50 administration).
• $1000 per box for $8.35/box  ($5.85 insurance service + $2.50 administration).
• $1,500 per box for $11.35  ($7.85 insurance service + $3.50 administration).

These amounts are per box, so you can choose the level that best matches the value of the items inside each box.

Please note: This coverage is provided directly by UPS Capital Insurance Services and is subject to the coverage limitations listed and specifically excludes damage to televisions among others.

The deductible is 10% of the insured value and concealed damage must be reported within 30 days.
