Our pick up services are normally completed between 8am and 5pm on the scheduled pick up date.
Time estimations are sent via email and text to the primary contact by the end of the business day before your scheduled move (AZ time).
The moving team will call the primary contact number when they are getting close to your room, usually around 15 minutes depending on distance from the previous customer.
Make sure that only domestic numbers are provided.
Additional attempts will include the secondary number provided.
Estimations are provided as 3 hour blocks.
Additional fees apply if the moving team arrives and is unable to connect with the student.
Special Time Requests
Shorter blocks are not offered as it is impossible to account for unforeseen delays such as incremental weather, flat tires, or incidental delays relating to situational service needs.
We accept time requests and we will do our best to accommodate but are not able to guarantee.
Our routes are designed for maximum efficiency as there could be as many as 60 campus students being moved on any given day.
We will communicate any delays the moment that they are established and provide text updates periodically.
Travel arrangements should not be scheduled for move dates.
If you are unavailable during the provided time, either find someone trustworthy who can sign for your items in your stead or reschedule for a different day (additional costs will apply for last minute changes or scheduling non featured dates).
You do not have to sit in the dorm room waiting, just be somewhere nearby, and be ready to meet the moving team in the lobby when they call.
