What to do if unavailable during your time window

If you are unable to be present during your 3 hours estimated time window

• Find someone you trust to meet the movers and sign off that your items were picked up or delivered successfully. 
• Time slots are issued using the address of your residence on/off campus as well as the total number of pickups requested on the day.
  • This method helps us ensure that our movers follow the best path so they can service everyone promptly.
• You may also reschedule for a different available date.
  • $35 rescheduling fee may apply.
• We will not  leave stuff outside your room or in the lobby unattended, nor will we accept items left for us to pick up.
  • We need a signature to signify that all items accounted for and in good condition.
  • We are not responsible for anything that happens while they sit in the open.
