If you are unable to be present during your 3 hours estimated time window
- Find someone you trust to meet the movers and sign off that your items were picked up or delivered successfully.
- You may request to see if the movers can come back around at end of route.
- If you are still not ready when the movers complete their route, you will have to reschedule as the team has other scheduled jobs and will depart the campus.
- Time estimations are issued using your location along with the number of students requesting delivery on the day.
This helps ensure our movers follow the best path so everyone can be serviced promptly. - You may also reschedule for a different available date.
- $35 rescheduling fee applies if within 2 business days of the move..
- We will not leave stuff outside your room or in the lobby unattended, nor will we accept items left for us to pick up.
- We need a signature to signify that all items accounted for and in good condition.
- We are not responsible for anything that happens while they sit in the open.
