- Dates outside the standard campus move-in/out schedule
- Warehouse services
- Repacking poor-quality or overweight boxes
- Discarding items or special handling

Cancellations, changes, and scheduling

- Some items cannot be stored or shipped, or may be restricted, such as:
- Perishables
- Cash and high-value jewelry
- Hazardous or prohibited materials
- Oversized or irregular items that exceed carrier guidelines
- Certain items, such as electronics or televisions, may require:
- Original manufacturer packaging, or
- Signed waivers and specific packing procedures
Dorm Room Movers does not provide standard packing services unless explicitly arranged, and additional fees may apply when teams must pack or repack items to make them suitable for storage or shipping.
Limits of liability and declared value
The Terms and Conditions specify how coverage works for stored and shipped items and set clear limits on liability.
