Services are typically completed between 8am-5pm on the date requested.
24-48 hours before the date you will receive a reduced 3-hour time slot so you know when the movers will be in your area. The time slot details will be emailed and sent by text to the number listed at the primary contact in your account.
Our team will communicate via text to the primary contact number about any delays as soon as they are established. The movers in the field will reach out to you by phone when they are within 15 minutes of your residence.
You do not have to sit in the dorm room waiting, just be somewhere nearby away (within 10 -15 minutes away) and meet them in the lobby when they call.
