Our pick up services are normally completed between 8am and 5pm on the scheduled pick up date.
24-48 hours before your move, a reduced 3 hour time window will arrive to both the primary contact phone number and account email.
We are not able to provide shorter time windows as we cannot account for unforeseen delays such as incremental weather, flat tire, or incidental delays relating to situational service needs.
Our team will communicate via text to the primary contact number about any delays as soon as they are established. The movers in the field will reach out to you by phone when they are within 15 minutes of your residence.
You do not have to sit in the dorm room waiting, just be somewhere nearby away (within 10 -15 minutes away) and meet them in the lobby, pickup or delivery area when they call.
If you need to depart before the end of the time window, please find someone you trust who can sign for your items in your stead. ie; roommate, friend, RA, neighbor.
