- The account may have been set up using a different email address. Confirm this by checking your inbox (or spam) for recent emails from Dorm Room Movers (DRM).
After confirming that the email address is correct, click here and enter the email address or phone number used to set up your account. Be sure to double-check for typos before hitting “Request Password Reset”. This will send an email with a link to reset the account password or an SMS verification code, depending on the option selected.
Note: If you used a landline or an international phone number to set up your account, please stick with the email option.
If the email link does not come through, check the spam and junk folders first, then send us a text.
