Try any other possible emails. The account may have been created using a different email.
If still unable to log into your account, click on "Forgot Password" right under the login fields and follow the directions. This will send an email with a link to reset the account password. The password reset email
goes to the email presented, which may not be the email associated with the account.
If the email link does not come through, check the spam and junk folders first, then send us a text.
