What the On Time Guarantee means
Dorm Room Movers aims to complete every move within the estimated time window provided in the account.
The time slot is based on the route, campus volume, and location details to help the team stay on schedule.
When the moving team does not arrive by the end of your scheduled time window, the order may qualify for an On Time Guarantee benefit.
Registration credit for delays
If the movers miss the end of the time slot, the account is eligible for a registration credit that may be applied toward future services.
To review eligibility:
- Check the scheduled time window in the account.
- Confirm that the team arrived after the end of that window.
- Contact support so the situation can be reviewed and the appropriate credit applied if eligible.
NOTE: Some restrictions apply to the On Time Guarantee. Eligibility is determined based on Dorm Room Movers’ service terms and route conditions for that day.
