Our system posts itemized charges to your account for storage at pick-up when your service contract is signed and submitted with the accurate inventory.
There is a 3 day grace period where you have a chance to review costs and bring up any discrepancies. After the 3 days, the system will automatically bill the credit card on file. If you wish this to apply to a different credit card, please make sure to update it online once the pickup is completed.
When storing for multiple semesters: Once the initial semester period is completed, extension periods will be conducted on a monthly basis with each new billing cycle automated at the end of service expiration date.
You may now set up your recurring monthly extension directly on your account in the In Storage section.
Note: Once the monthly option is selected, the per-semester option is no longer available.
