When do the storage costs get billed?
Our system posts itemized charges to your online account for storage at time of pickup when the service contract is signed and submitted. It it found on the billing page which is accessed by the $ button on the top right part of the page.
There is a three day grace period to allow you a chance to review costs and bring up any discrepancies. At the end of the grace period, the system will automatically charge the card on file. If you wish to apply this to a different card, please make sure to update it in your account online before the grace period expires.
