If you're unable to be present during your assigned service window, we recommend asking someone you trust to meet the movers and sign off that your items were picked up or delivered successfully.
Time slots are issued using the address of your residence on/off campus as well as the total number of pickups requested on the day. This method helps us ensure that our movers follow the best path so they can service everyone promptly.
You may also reschedule for a different available date.
Please DO NOT leave your stuff outside your room or in the lobby unattended. We need a signature to accept them plus we are not responsible for anything that happens while they sit in the open.
