Our service routes are coordinated for efficiency to ensure all pickup/delivery requests can be accommodated.The moving teams go in order of each individual location on campus so they can move from one residence to the next. Special time request are always noted and our moving team will do their best to arrive when
asked; however, we cannot guarantee we can make it happen as we need to make sure everyone is serviced in a timely manner.

If for some reason they call before you are ready, you may tell the crew that you are not ready yet and ask if they could come back around last. Another alternative is to have the RA, roommate, or a friend sit in for you during the time you must be away and update the contact information on the account directly, or via agent.
