How do time slots work?

Time slots are sent out the day before your scheduled service date via text/email and will provide you with your estimated 3 hour time frame of when the movers will be in your area. Our service routes are coordinated for efficiency to ensure all pickup/delivery requests are accommodated as best we can.The moving teams go in order of each individual location on campus so they can move from one
residence to the next.

Special time request are always noted and our moving team will do their best to arrive when asked; however, we cannot guarantee we can make it happen as we need to make sure everyoneis serviced in a timely manner.

If for some reason they call before you are ready, you may ask the crew if they could come back around last. Another alternative is to have the RA, room mate, or a friend sit in for you during the time you must be away and update the contact information on the account directly or have an agent help at 480-­418­-4855.
