Overview
Billing for date requests depends on whether the request is for a pickup or a delivery.
Charges may occur either at the time a request is submitted or when a date is approved.
Refunds are issued if a paid request cannot be accommodated.
Pickup date requests
For pickup date requests:
- The account is only billed if the requested date is approved.
- No charge is applied while the request is still pending.
If a pickup date cannot be approved, no billing occurs for that request.
Delivery date requests
For delivery date requests:
- The account is billed at the time the date request is submitted.
- If the requested delivery date cannot be accommodated, a refund is issued.
This process ensures that confirmed delivery dates are reserved on the calendar while still protecting customers when a date cannot be fulfilled.
